Fluorescents are the perfect colors for winter. I'm not talking about having your whole outfit be fluorescent, but just a pop of color should do the trick. Maybe a tank top, shoes, bracelets, purses, or even hair!
Here is one way I would rock a pop of fluorescent:
Accessories:
-I would pair with a neutral sweater/overshirt OR something that has a nice contrast.
-Jewelry should be neutral and clanky. Not to loud (for the ears or eyes) because that could overpower the flourescent.
-And then some neutral shoes!
Make-up:
-I did neutral face, then statement lips, but you don't really need dramatic make-up because of the brightness of the neon.
And that's how I rocked the flourescent!
